YOUR FIRST DENTAL VISIT

After being greeted by our front desk team, you will be escorted to a treatment room by one of our dental hygienists. We will take four bitewing X-rays, a CBCT scan, and perform periodontal charting before administering a professional cleaning, all of which will take about one hour. The hygienist will then pass along all information to Dr. Walker and one of our dental assistants. After reviewing your social, medical, and dental histories as well as discussing your concerns, he will perform an oral cancer screening and take any additional photos of your teeth before identifying any problem areas and developing a treatment plan.

Although we are not in-network with any dental insurance companies, our team is committed to helping you receive the maximum reimbursement from your insurer by filing any necessary claims. I called with a chipped front tooth & they told me to hurry in, i was so shocked. I didn't even have an appointment for today. They fit me in their schedule though. He fixed it in the office while calming me down from my dental anxiety, he didnt try to shove a million proceduresdown my throat. Immediately, the staff were so nice. Eva made me feel welcomed, also offering me something to drink. The wait span was very short. After I got into the back, the hygienist and her partner were very friendly. I was very shocked when I laid back-to see a tv on the ceiling. My experience was very pleasant. I called in because I was extreme pain due to a broken wisdom tooth. I was able to be seen the same day. Went into the office everyone there was pleasant and helpful and kind. They immediately let me know I was in good hands. As one who is terrified of dentistry, I have to say that Doctor Ryan Walker is the only Dentist who has my vote and confidence. I had a tooth extracted today and it was of course not pleasurable,but was not painful. His bedside manner was above approach.
